about the Internet. You don't get to see a person's expression, hear the inflection of their voice, pick up on their body language . . . Yeah, I guess I am strange. Or really, I think the world is strange and I'm one of the few normal persons in it. Well, my girlfriend says I'm strange, too, usually right before she plants a big wet one on me. Go figure, lol. I am very casual and fun, but certain issues, prejudice and intolerance for example, get me intense in a hurry. With all the ribbing that goes on on TT.net, rarely, lines seem to get crossed. I'm not afraid to call someone on it. Folks then minimize it by saying, "It's just the Internet" or "It's just a car" but I think that's a cop out. In these "strange" times, the Internet and instant communication with other folks across countries and cultures is what it's about - getting along. I respect anyone who goes to college to be a teacher. That is sort of like a higher calling to me, influencing and shaping all those young minds.
